About the Team Our team is a multidisciplinary group working across brand design, packaging, and marketing communications, supporting one of our largest and most dynamic clients.

The work spans multiple categories, formats, and touchpoints—from shelf to screen to store—requiring systems thinking, speed, and a deep understanding of how brands show up in the real world.

This is a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment embedded in the client’s business, where creative ideas must scale across portfolios and channels.

About the Role As a Senior Designer, you are a versatile, conceptually strong designer who can move fluidly across brand identity, packaging systems, and integrated campaign work. You have the ability to think about how it comes to life across the entire consumer journey.

You bring strong CPG instincts and understand what drives impact on shelf, but you’re equally comfortable extending that thinking into retail, digital, social, and campaign storytelling.

This role requires a designer who is:

Conceptually driven : able to generate and evolve big ideas, not just execute

Brand, Packaging & System Design

Translate briefs into compelling, strategically grounded design solutions

Develop brand identities and packaging systems across categories and product lines

Extend and evolve existing brand worlds with consistency and creative integrity

Think beyond single SKUs to cohesive portfolio‑level design systems

Campaign & Content Development

Contribute to and develop campaign ideas and visual territories that extend beyond packaging

Apply brand systems across retail, in‑store, digital, social, and motion

Create cohesive visual storytelling across multiple consumer touchpoints

Support the development of presentations and narratives that bring ideas to life

Photography & Visual Direction

Develop visual direction and pre‑production documentation (shot lists, guidelines)

Art direct photography to support both packaging and campaign needs

Guide composition, styling, lighting, and storytelling decisions

Partner with photographers, stylists, and retouchers to ensure quality and consistency

Core Creative Skills Conceptual Thinking & Idea Development

Ability to generate strong, strategic creative ideas—not just execute against direction

Translates briefs and insights into compelling visual territories and design systems

Thinks beyond single outputs to connected brand ecosystems

Builds organized, production‑ready files across packaging and campaign deliverables

Understands how brand systems scale across packaging, retail, digital, and campaign touchpoints

Applies consistency while adapting designs across formats, SKUs, and channels

Thinks holistically about how a brand shows up across the full consumer journey

Has a portfolio that shows range: brand identity, campaign work, and packaging

Brings strong CPG experience but isn’t limited to packaging‑only thinking

Understands how brands live across retail, digital, and physical environments

Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments

Balances creative ambition with real‑world constraints

You Bring

Degree in Graphic, Communication, or Packaging Design (or related field)

6+ years of experience across brand design, packaging, and/or marketing communications

Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and omnichannel execution

Experience working across multi‑SKU / multi‑category portfolios

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Familiarity with digital design tools like Figma

Strong presentation and storytelling skills

Solid understanding of packaging production and print processes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $76,500 USD - $86,500 USD annually plus bonus eligibility. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
