Business & Partnerships Developer France

Promptly Health, Sauk Trail Beach, WI, United States

What’s Promptly in a nutshell Promptly is building the first patient‑centered global evidence network, offering real‑world data sharing and monetization capabilities. Together with a selected network of Partners, we generate new knowledge from harmonized datasets, augmented with the collection of longitudinal patient‑reported data and patient‑generated digital biomarkers within a secure and privacy‑preserving environment.

We answer the question – is this patient treatment the best it could possibly be?

About The Company Promptly exists to empower every patient and every health organization on the planet with evidence on the outcomes of care. We do this by addressing the biggest problem in healthcare—the lack of real‑world evidence on the outcomes of care. In a world where technology has improved many aspects of our lives, we believe it is unethical to let patients suffer due to lack of access to data. We are committed to providing the right evidence to help prevent lost lives, complications, and failed treatments. At Promptly, everything we do is driven by our core purpose: to promote better healthcare at lower costs for patients every day, by making health outcomes available.

About The Role Promptly is entering an exciting phase of European expansion, with a growing footprint in France. We are looking for a Business & Partnerships Developer - France to join our Sales & Partnerships team and lead the development of Promptly’s data network and life sciences pipeline in the French market.

Identify, qualify, and close new data partnership opportunities with hospitals, research centers, and data holders.

Build and grow partnerships with life sciences clients (pharma, medtech, biotech) seeking real‑world data and evidence generation.

Negotiate data access, partnership, and commercial agreements in compliance with national and EU data frameworks.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams (product, data, legal, operations) to design solutions that create measurable value for partners.

Represent Promptly in French health innovation, data governance, and RWE forums, strengthening brand visibility.

Provide market feedback and strategic insights to inform product and network development priorities.

What We’re Looking For (qualifications & skills)

3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or key account management in healthcare, life sciences, or health data sectors.

Ability to translate technical or regulatory concepts into clear business value propositions.
