The Goldman Sachs Asset Management Liquidity Solutions business has been managing institutional cash since 1981. With over $765bn in money market fund (MMF) assets under supervision, the Liquidity Solutions team is the largest asset class within GSAM. We focus on distributing money market funds to clients through several GSAM sales channels – spanning corporates, banks, hedge funds, private equity funds, retail clients, and others. The Mosaic platform is a comprehensive suite of technology products, infrastructure, and dedicated professionals that support Liquidity Solutions clients, distribution partners, and internal Sales and Service teams. This open-architecture platform drives revenue for the Liquidity Solutions business by distributing both Goldman Sachs and non-Goldman Sachs money market funds through strategic internal and external technology partnerships. Mosaic's vision is to empower institutional asset owners and asset servicers of all sizes to access and transact in MMF investments via an integrated ecosystem of data and execution products, APIs, and expert human support. This opportunity is to join the Mosaic Product Team as a Digital Product Manager where you will be responsible for delivering significant new value to our clients through continuous product innovation across. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver. We are looking for someone with innate curiosity, a commercial mindset, and a passion for understanding client needs. In this role you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across our clients, partners, Product, Distribution, Engineering, Service, and Design teams to develop, prioritize, and build compelling solutions for our clients. As an empowered member of the Mosaic product team, you will apply a customer centric approach to deliver business outcomes and value creation across our program objectives. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Define feature development, build consensus among stakeholders, and partner with engineers, designers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences Spend time with customers and other platform stakeholders to validate product opportunities and to develop an understanding of our users and their goals Own and drive a product roadmap to meet business OKRs Analyze quantitative analytics and qualitative customer feedback to inform product strategy Prioritize the product backlog, using domain expertise, customer insights, and market research to make informed trade-offs between new feature development, platform investment, and optimizations Write user stories and acceptance criteria and refine stories with subject matter experts, engineers, and designers Be the go-to person for questions about the product and the intent of requirements Develop a collaborative relationship with the Engineering team and ensure they are involved throughout the product development process Become an expert on the Mosaic platform so that you're able to demonstrate the platform to prospects, clients, and partners Build a safe team environment with an emphasis on transparency, collaboration, and problem solving Identify and escape risk and dependencies across the program Work with Product Line Owners to define and measure OKRs SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders Experience collaborating with design and engineering peers in a product development capacity Ability to understand and articulate customer needs and turn requirements into actionable solutions Knowledge of functional areas such as product management, engineering, user experience, user research, sales, trading, treasury, customer support, and/or marketing Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority You are a thoughtful partner to our internal and external users – understanding their business and influencing their processes Results-oriented; ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects and prioritize accordingly, while focusing on the quality of work delivered Detail-oriented problem-solver who can employ leadership, critical thinking, and time management skills Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness Demonstrated success defining and contributing to the launch of digital products is preferred Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $100000-$170000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Benefits
