What You Will Do
As a Front Desk Host you will
Welcome guests and provide a friendly efficient check in experience
Handle check outs and ensure billing accuracy
Manage reservations room assignments and special requests
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Work flexible schedules including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking team members who are
Strong communicators with a guest first mindset
Professional polished and detail oriented
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
Calm under pressure with strong problem solving skills
Positive respectful and team oriented
Preferred
Previous hotel or guest service experience Familiarity with hotel systems or reservation platforms
Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions
This is an active role Candidates must be able to
Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
Use computers phones and office equipment for extended periods
Occasionally lift carry or move items such as luggage or supplies
Maintain focus and professionalism during busy shifts
