B2B Content Strategist

Nashville Public Radio, Atlanta, GA, United States

The B2B Content Strategist plays a critical role in driving RFG’s organic growth and brand visibility.

This role owns our end‑to‑end content strategy—bringing together SEO, AI‑driven discovery, website performance, and campaign execution to attract, engage, and convert the right audiences. Partnering closely with B2B Marketing, Creative, and cross‑functional teams, the Content Strategist builds scalable systems, leverages AI to work smarter, and delivers high‑impact content that supports pipeline, positions RFG as an industry leader, and fuels measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead RFG’s organic growth engine, partnering closely with B2B Marketing to define and execute a content strategy that drives qualified pipeline, increases brand visibility, and positions RFG for both traditional search and AI‑driven discovery (SEO + AEO)

Serve as the central orchestrator of RFG’s content ecosystem, ensuring content across the website, email, social, podcast, and campaigns is aligned, integrated, and optimized for performance, distribution, and conversion

Drive end‑to‑end content strategy, creation, and execution, leveraging AI to scale output, improve efficiency, and modernize content workflows while maintaining brand voice, quality, and compliance

Own website strategy and performance, including ongoing content updates, UX‑informed optimization, and the development of SEO and AEO frameworks that improve indexing, visibility, engagement, and conversion

Lead RFG’s SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy, including ownership of tools such as Yoast, Google Search Console, and other optimization platforms; implementation of schema markup and structured content for AI readability; and continuous optimization of content to rank in both traditional search results and AI‑generated responses

Act as the HubSpot subject matter expert for content, integrating content strategy directly into campaign execution by managing content calendars and distribution workflows, connecting content performance to campaign, MQL, and pipeline outcomes, and overseeing newsletter curation and distribution

Partner cross‑functionally with the Creative Team to bring content to life across formats including website, video, podcast, and sales enablement materials

Develop high‑impact, conversion‑focused copy and content across all channels, including landing pages, email, newsletters, social media, and campaign assets, with a focus on driving measurable action

Own and report on core content KPIs, including impressions, reach, engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, and continuously iterate strategy based on performance data and insights

Ensure all content meets compliance standards, including proper routing, approvals, and recordkeeping within internal compliance systems

Operate with a builder mindset, proactively identifying gaps and implementing tools, systems, and processes that enable scalable content production and long‑term organic growth
