Style Advisor, Gold Coast
We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join the Equinox Gold Coast team. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal)
Provide an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox
Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products
Understand and uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies consistently
Assist Shop MOD with timely and accurate completion of all operational tasks
Ensure The Shop reflects the company brand standards through merchandising and marketing direction and adherence to the dress code
Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps and in stockrooms
Build effective relationships and partnerships with employees, supervisors and clients
Stay informed about general standards and practices in other departments to encourage camaraderie and team spirit
Enforce company policies and procedures; support company initiatives
Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacy
Qualifications
Ability to take direction
Experience in a customer service business, preferably in retail
Hardworking and diligent, possessing honesty and personal integrity
Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
Availability to work a varied schedule based on business needs
