Aggressively acquire inventory (auctions, trades, direct buys) Own reconditioning:
speed and quality Build a front-line ready inventory that turns fast and drives profit Price and manage inventory based on real-time market data What We Need
Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or similar role Strong acquisition and appraisal skills Deep understanding of reconditioning and cost control Competitive, driven, and team-focused Why Rudy Luther Toyota
