Entry Level Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities
Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments in person, via phone, and e-mail.
Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
Estimating the cost and time needed to do the recommended repairs.
Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customer frequently.
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
