About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use): 11
The Team: We are looking to hire a positive, proactive Salesforce product owner to oversee project teams and scrum teams to ensure tech projects are completed on time. The Salesforce product owner will direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across divisions of the project to reach targets. This role will communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project and close it efficiently. This role will be responsible for translating stakeholder project requirements to the scrum team for technical development and project execution.
Responsibilities and Impact: To be successful in this role you will need the ability to communicate across different teams with sometimes competing priorities. Organization and technical Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Oversee large multiple stakeholder and scrum team projects
Liaise with stakeholders such as project personnel, stakeholders, and end-users regarding project requirements
Outline, define, and initiate the project
Implement document control policies, documentation templates, and change management progress
Maintain a good working knowledge across multiple projects at different points in time
Maintain communication between business stakeholders and technical scrum teams
Monitor project progress and implement changes where necessary
Liaise with Scrum Master and scrum team to groom and prioritize user stories
Ensure compliance across functional objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and ensure team use cases
Compile project reports and inform management and stakeholders regarding problems
Ensure project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies
Manage a project with the scrum team from initiation requirements to deployment
Compensation/Benefits Information S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,909 to $167,202. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
Basic Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a project management role.
Understanding of Azure DevOps project management system.
Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
Understanding of software development life cycle.
Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com backend.
Strong people skills.
