CRM SMS Deliverability Lead We are looking for a CRM SMS Deliverability Lead to take full ownership of our SMS infrastructure, routing, and deliverability across multiple markets. This role is focused on ensuring high‑performance message delivery at scale, particularly within a high‑volume environment.

Responsibilities

Manage SMS deliverability across all markets, ensuring high delivery rates and low latency

Monitor and troubleshoot delivery issues, identifying patterns and root causes

Own relationships with SMS providers, aggregators, and routing partners

Optimize routing strategies to improve performance and cost efficiency

Analyze delivery metrics and continuously improve infrastructure performance

Ensure stability and scalability of SMS operations in a high‑volume environment

Collaborate with CRM and technical teams to support campaign execution

Proactively test and validate new routes, providers, and delivery setups

Location Valencia, on‑site.

Qualifications

Managerial/Team Leading experience

2+ years in SMS deliverability, messaging infrastructure, or technical operations

Hands‑on experience with SMS routing, providers, or aggregators (ideally from the provider side or a similar environment)

Strong understanding of common SMS delivery issues (filtering, blocking, routing failures, delays)

Ability to identify patterns and troubleshoot delivery problems at scale

Experience working in high‑volume industries (iGaming, betting, fintech, or similar) is a strong advantage

Comfortable working with performance metrics and data‑driven decision making
