
Temporary Hotline Representative

About the Position
It's election season, and we need your help! Calling all Customer Service professionals!
As a Temporary Hotline Representative, you will take inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters. You are responsible for creating a detailed ticket of each call, providing troubleshooting assistance, ordering supplies, and dispatching help to the Vote Center when needed.

We Require This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
Other Requirements
Must be a registered voter or have the ability to become a registered voter in the State of Arizona by time of hire
Must pass an applicable background screening
Must demonstrate strong professional skills with internal and external stakeholders (written, telephone, and verbal)
Must be able to work overtime as necessary

One or more years of poll worker experience
One or more years of general office experience
One or more years of moderate computer use experience
One or more years of election experience
Job Contributions
Takes inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters
Creates tickets detailing the call and what transpired
Provides troubleshooting over the phone, placing tickets for order supplies, or dispatching help to the Vote Center
Assists other divisions of Elections with their daily functions and activities
Working Conditions
Full-time/Temporary/Overtime/Holiday hours are mandatory during the election cycle
This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods and to review small fonts on hard copy or computer screen
Upper extremity repetitive motion is required
A high volume of work, including a large volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and constant distractions, should be expected
Requires the ability to lift floor-to-shoulder and shoulder-to-waist a minimum of 25 pounds and carry for 100 feet
Must demonstrate the ability to multitask in a high-volume and time-critical work environment
Must not engage in any political discussion
