Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO)
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). This role focuses on closing sales, driving new business within a defined territory, and delivering human resources solutions across the hire‑to‑retire spectrum.
In this role, you will:
Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
Attend award‑winning training program and perform as part of a sales team that serves new and existing clients.
Build relationships with Human Resources and executive decision‑makers, set appointments, gather leads from internal partners, and assess buyer needs.
Manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, document them, and follow through to implementation until the new business is up and running.
Earn industry‑leading compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and awards while advancing your career with ongoing sales training.
Required Qualifications
Self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style; comfortable cold‑calling and managing time, prioritization, and multitasking; able to present ideas clearly in paper, in‑person, and over the phone.
Strategic closer with experience maintaining a quota in outside B2B sales, a track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships.
Ambitious and thrives under pressure; motivated to hit sales quotas and exceed them.
A college degree is preferred but not required. Other acceptable experience includes:
Three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results‑driven environment.
Military experience that develops teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building a network and using social media for sales.
