Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor and outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills and Qualifications
Have an active driver’s license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain a DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation of previous employment.
Meet the physical requirements of the position.
Have a high school diploma, GED, or military service.
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
Be self‑motivated and able to work in a team environment.
Possess a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
