Borrower Solutions and Loss Mitigation Specialist We’re seeking a
Borrower Solutions and Loss Mitigation Specialist
to join our Loan Servicing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with mortgage and auto lease borrowers who are experiencing payment challenges. This position plays a critical role in borrower communication, delinquency management, and loss mitigation reporting across both mortgage and auto lease portfolios.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in banking, mortgage collections, loan servicing, or other financial services roles involving borrower support and sensitive financial conversations.

Problem-Solver:
Skilled at identifying causes of delinquency and recommending appropriate repayment or hardship solutions within investor guidelines
Strong Communicator:
Ability to professionally and empathetically communicate with borrowers, credit unions, and investors via phone, email, and written correspondence
Detail-Oriented:
Able to manage time-sensitive tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance
Self-Motivated:
Comfortable managing workflow, deadlines, and reporting independently
Education & Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience in the financial industry
What You’ll Do
Communicate with borrowers to resolve delinquency and payment-related issues through phone and email
Review accounts to identify causes of delinquency and discuss repayment or hardship assistance options
Process and document loss mitigation and hardship requests in compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines
Generate required delinquency notices and maintain accurate borrower and account records
Coordinate with investors, agencies, credit unions, and internal servicing teams to report status, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports
