Kitchen & Bath Design/Sales/Project Manager
Marquis Fine Cabinetry is a mid‑high end residential and commercial cabinet designer and manufacturer with 30 years of experience along the Gulf Coast. The company operates from a showroom and a fully automated manufacturing facility. We are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the corporate office in Destin, FL.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in the cabinet industry
Experience with Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD 2020, and Microsoft
Background in designing kitchens, baths, custom rooms, and the installation process
Ability to measure on job sites and correspond with contractors, vendors, and clients
Strong sales background in the millwork or construction industry
Ability to multi‑task, positive personality, and superior written and oral communication
Ability to design modern European kitchen and bath
Responsibilities
Inside/Outside sales through walk‑in traffic, outside solicitation, and B2B relations
Managing the sales process, which includes:
Initial client(s) meeting
Design
Measuring & layout
Pricing
Contract correspondence
Job upkeep, timeline management, and project completion
Compensation & Benefits
Attractive salary with draw commission structure, plus annual bonus potential (DOE)
