Overview
A well-established GI practice in Phoenix is expanding and seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join a collaborative team supported by three experienced APPs. This is a high-efficiency model designed for physicians who want strong income, predictable scheduling, and flexibility in how they practice.
Responsibilities
Schedule: Blend of ASC procedure days and clinic time.
Flexibility: Inpatient coverage available only if desired.
Volume: 25 procedures per day at the ASC; 20 patients per day in clinic.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Base + Production Bonus (75th Percentile Potential).
