This is a permanent position, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing various landscape projects within the construction industry. This role involves the application of advanced landscaping techniques, drafting skills, and knowledge of design software to create commercial, residential, and luxury landscapes. Manage and oversee all stages of the landscape construction projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing landscape designs.
Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other CAD software to create 3D models and blueprints.
Ensure that all designs adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on the progress of the projects.
Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project implementation.
Continuously update knowledge and skills related to landscaping trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in landscape project management within the construction industry. Proven experience in commercial, residential, and luxury landscape project management. Proficiency in drafting, outdoor design, and landscaping. Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other CAD software for 3D modeling and blueprint reading. Strong understanding of design software and CAD software. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Certification in Project Management would be an added advantage. A valid driver's license is required.
