Job DetailsAbout the OpportunityA well-established mechanical services provider with decades of experience delivering complex HVAC and building systems solutions is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support and grow a high-value client portfolio.This organization is known for blending technical expertise with forward-thinking approaches to energy efficiency, system performance, and long-term client partnerships across industries such as life sciences, advanced manufacturing, commercial real estate, and sustainable construction.________________________________________The RoleAs a Senior Account Manager within the service division, you will serve as a key point of contact for existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings. This role combines relationship management, technical coordination, and project oversight.You'll work closely with field teams, estimators, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnership development.________________________________________Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery Identify and develop new service and maintenance opportunities within existing accounts and targeted regions Prepare estimates for repairs, service agreements, and small projects Coordinate service activities with internal teams including dispatch, field technicians, and project personnel Provide technical guidance and support to service teams as needed Collaborate with internal resources on purchasing, subcontractor coordination, and project setup Promote and uphold a strong safety culture across all activities Assist with ongoing process improvements and special projects ________________________________________What You Bring
5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or service operations within a related industry Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems (controls and plumbing knowledge a plus) Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Experience preparing estimates and managing service-related scopes of work Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn service management software Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Interested in hearing more?
