
Director of Warehousing Operations

We’re building something different in Coldwater. This role leads a high-volume, highly automated warehouse operation that is expanding nearly 3x in size. The focus is not just running a warehouse, it’s leading automation, driving performance, and building a strong leadership team in a 24x6 environment. What You’ll Own
- Lead ~12 leaders and 150–200 total employees across multiple shifts
- Stabilize and optimize new automation systems during ramp‑up
- Drive labor cost, throughput, and on‑time performance
- Ensure leaders use WMS and data daily to run the operation
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including 3PL oversight
- Build standard work, accountability, and leadership cadence
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading operations in an automated warehouse or DC
- Strong understanding of WMS, metrics, and system‑driven performance
- Track record of developing leaders and improving team performance
- Comfortable leading in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
