Presbyterian Homes & Services – Orchard Path is seeking a Resident Services Director to join our team.

This position reports to the Campus Administrator.

Orchard Path, 5400 – 157th St. W, Apple Valley, MN 55124. Situated on Cobblestone Lake, Orchard Path captures the congenial spirit of a traditional neighborhood with the bonus of lakeside activities and nearby urban conveniences.
Orchard Path has 175 independent apartments, 58 assisted living units, and 20 memory care apartments. This community offers Senior Apartments, Assisted Living, and Assisted Living with Memory Care.
Responsibilities
The Resident Services Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring services for residents in housing and assisted living consistent with regulations and best practices. The role supports residents through advocacy, service coordination, marketing, and admission processes. The Director acts as a liaison between management and residents and assists the Site Leader in campus operations. As a member of the site leadership team, the Director participates in planning and implementing strategies and programming that assure high‑quality resident care while achieving short- and long‑term operational goals.
Qualifications
- College degree in social work, gerontology, health care administration, human services, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Experience in senior housing, service, or health care environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in resident service coordination, resident and family support systems, marketing, and community outreach.
- Knowledge of social community service delivery systems preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common computer programs.
- Compatibility with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies.
- Excellent communication skills in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Pay Range
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $26.79 – $33.49 per hour. This good‑faith estimate is based on PHS’s typical starting pay range. Actual pay may vary with qualifications and market conditions.
