What You’ll Do
- Launch and lead all day-to-day rental operations
- Build and manage a high-performing team from scratch
- Oversee fleet acquisition, maintenance, and utilization
- Create systems for reservations, billing, and customer experience
- Forge partnerships with service centers, dealerships, and insurance companies
- Drive marketing strategy to grow customer base
- Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and report directly to ownership
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in the rental car or fleet management space
- Strong leadership and operations background
- Entrepreneurial mindset — builder, problem-solver, decision-maker
- Tech-savvy, with experience implementing rental or CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service instincts
Bonus Points For
- Prior experience launching or managing a rental location
- Existing relationships in the local automotive/insurance industries
- Passion for customer experience and operational efficiency
