Job Description
We are expanding our Sales Team and are looking for an extroverted, highly motivated, and driven Sales Professional with 1‑8 years of sales experience. Gain 100% market share within their categories, channels and markets and implement strategic approaches to deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly sales numbers. Assist Regional Managers or Key Market Managers with tasks including training, trade‑show management and coaching Territory Managers.
- Effectively develop programs and sales strategies for key dealers within assigned territory to convert, promote and consolidate key categories for Diablo/Freud. Plan for monthly, quarterly and yearly growth while staying within T&E budget.
- Administrative responsibilities include scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, suggested orders, and other duties that contribute to a collaborative approach to growing the territory’s market share and sales volume.
- Maintain consistent communication with direct supervisor to discuss customer and company strategies, attend all conference calls, and provide requested revenue planning.
- Support RM and/or KMM on development of programs, sales strategies for key dealers, joint coaching calls, targeted training/development/onboarding programs, OTJ training of TMs, and trade‑show management.
- Overnight travel minimum 10‑12 days per month to meet customers and develop Territory Managers (as assigned).
- Territory covers North Dakota and South Dakota.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing related field or 8 years of commensurate experience.
- Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
