What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales by building relationships with homeowners, designers, and contractors
- Conduct in-home consultations and design customized organization solutions
- Leverage your design eye and sales acumen to exceed monthly goals
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from first consult to final installation
Local travel within El Segundo, California.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2C or in-home/outside sales experience
- Strong consultative selling skills - you know how to listen and close
- Background or passion for interior design, home improvement, or retail/home services is a plus!
- Self-starter with a customer-first mindset
