Overview


Specialist – Join our Campaign Management team to implement day‑to‑day creator strategy and campaign execution for our largest client in the beauty industry. This role supports the team with development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns using proprietary technology to connect top brands with our broad influencer network. The Specialist will manage creators, from sourcing and negotiation to content creation and daily campaign oversight, with a focus on dermatological skincare.


Responsibilities



  • Accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns.

  • Build and execute creator strategies specific to campaigns, refine current success metrics, and introduce new metrics.

  • Support training on planning, audience reporting, research tools, and writing/presentation skills.

  • Liaise between the Creator Management team and other internal groups to ensure client needs are met.

  • Strategically identify talent and influencers to maximize ROI and hit brand/client KPIs.

  • Manage the vetting process for talent to ensure alignment with brand safety and campaign criteria.

  • Leverage data and insights to position recommended talent to clients.

  • Oversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management across brand campaigns.


Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in digital, advertising, or influencer marketing.

  • Experience working with talent for influencer‑driven campaigns in dermatological skincare.

  • Comfortable in a startup environment, building organization and processes.

  • Experience sourcing specialty talent such as healthcare providers and dermatologists.

  • Strong writing skills for client‑facing collateral.

  • Knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).

  • Stay updated on social trends and innovations.

  • Established network of managers/agents or influencer contacts.

  • Understanding of brand, media, and consumer relationships.

  • Knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools.

  • Strong organizational skills; detail‑oriented with schedule and timeline management.

  • Self‑starter who loves collaboration and is comfortable working independently and influencing teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.


Bonus Points If



  • Experience with on-site or experiential influencer events.

  • Experience managing production elements of an influencer campaign.

  • Experience at a marketing‑tech or media start‑up.

  • Passion for social media and influencer marketing.


Compensation and Benefits


Compensation Range: $70,000 – $80,000. This range is the maximum the company will pay at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
