Role Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Specialist is a key member of the Marketing Team. The person in this role will create and deploy social media assets supporting The Kendall Group’s campaigns and brand initiatives.
Exciting Work You Will Do
Create the content strategy and calendar for all Kendall Group social platforms and profiles in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team.
Maintain all social profiles, regularly auditing and updating imagery, descriptions, and links to ensure accurate information across all platforms.
Develop and deploy engaging social content—graphics, short‑form video, and copy—tailored to specific channels and real‑time opportunities.
Manage the social inbox for all divisions, replying to conversations and customer‑service inquiries, and escalating issues as needed.
Maintain Kendall Group’s brand identity standards, ensuring ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials. Preserve a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Create reporting dashboards to track social KPIs and goals for marketing leadership; evaluate analytics to inform future strategies.
Stay up to date on social media advertising tactics to deploy and advise on opportunities and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing communications team on integrated campaigns, advising on best practices for social media engagement and paid advertising.
Analyze existing and emerging social channels to advise on channel suitability and identify opportunities for expansion or enhancement.
Curate social advocacy content for field teams to amplify campaigns, brand, and partner messages that position Kendall Group as industry leaders.

What You’ll Need
Work Experience: 2 years in social media management, including organic and paid.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
Analytics/Computer Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content creation tools with a strong portfolio; experience with Oktopost, Hootsuite, Sprout Social; familiarity with emerging platforms.
Organization Skills: Strong attention to detail; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Cross‑functional Skills: Ability to work independently and in a team; assertive, resourceful problem solving.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.

Physical Environment: Normal office environment.
