Overview
You will lead social media strategy and content creation for product launches and growth campaigns across Zoom's expanding portfolio. You'll collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to transform technical features into compelling social narratives. Your work will drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business impact across all social channels.

The Team
We unify brand marketing, partnerships, events, social media, and paid media into one cohesive strategy. Our team collaborates cross-functionally to drive awareness, adoption, and retention. We focus relentlessly on outcomes and business impact throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing social media content strategies for product launches, feature announcements, and growth campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads

Creating compelling visual and written content by collaborating with product, marketing, and design teams to translate technical features into engaging social narratives and creative briefs

Managing social execution for signature events like Enterprise Connect and Zoomtopia, including in-person content creation and real-time engagement

Leading social amplification of company awards, recognitions, and PR opportunities by transforming press releases into engaging campaigns and coordinating with communications teams

Optimizing content for SEO and content discoverability by partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance discoverability across AI-powered search platforms and managing Reddit community engagement

Qualifications

Demonstrate 3–6 years of experience managing social media for enterprise brands or agencies with proven results in product launch campaigns

Write compelling copy that adapts tone and messaging across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency

Use social media management tools (Sprout Social preferred) and basic design tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar)

Have the ability to analyze social media performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with organizational and project management capabilities

Apply knowledge of SEO, AEO, and content marketing best practices to optimize discoverability

Leverage AI creation tools and write effective prompts to enhance content production

Bring experience from technology or B2B marketing environments

Salary and Benefits
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum: $65,400.00

Maximum: $158,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
