Note: This role focuses on leading retail-aligned product marketing campaigns, cross-functional collaboration, and driving member acquisition and engagement within the branch network.
Responsibilities Lead the activation of the marketing campaign calendar for all initiatives requiring Retail support, ensuring branch teams are prepared, aligned, and equipped for execution.
Coordinate cross-functional readiness with Product, Creative, Compliance, Retail Operations, Learning and Development, and Events.
Support promotions, seasonal campaigns, deposit and lending programs, membership growth, and community-facing retail initiatives.
Develop and manage the marketing strategy for new branch openings with a focus on member acquisition. Work closely with Retail Sponsorships and Events Sr. Program Manager to align activities.
Coordinate launch readiness including marketing, prospecting lists, events alignment, and opening day activation.
Partner with Retail teams to leverage marketing campaigns that increase awareness and drive foot traffic.
Own and coordinate production and distribution of retail product marketing materials such as onboarding kits, MDO collateral, brochures, talking points, and in-branch displays.
Ensure consistency of product messaging, brand standards, and compliance across all retail materials.
Lead quarterly branch contests and activation efforts that support product growth goals and motivate frontline engagement.
Partner with Retail Leadership to align contest themes, KPIs, incentive mechanics, and communication rollout.
Manage monthly retail collaboration meetings to ensure tight alignment on campaign planning, activation timing, and frontline needs.
Serve as the central liaison between Retail, Product Marketing, and Communications & Community Relations, and Retail Sponsorships and Events for all retail dependent initiatives.
Coordinate campaign-related retail communications in partnership with Retail Operations and Internal Communications.
Ensure clear, concise, and actionable communication for branch teams, including toolkits, timelines, FAQs, and readiness guides.
Foster a culture of collaboration, service excellence, and innovation.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing required.
5+ years product-focused marketing with strong experience leading digital marketing tactics and strategies.
6+ years experience leading, building and executing and scaling cross-functional marketing strategies.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Ability to collaborate with ownership and accountability.
Industry experience and knowledge of the financial industry.
Channel and/or retail promotional experience.
A rigorous and logical way of thinking, strong communication and presentation skills.
