
Business Development Specialist

Schedule: Full time, Tuesday-Saturday
Reports to: Store Manager
The Chocolate Lab is a mission-driven chocolate and gift shop that employs and trains young adults with autism and similar developmental disabilities.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing team member to support outside sales and social media marketing as we continue to grow our community presence.
Responsibilities Support outside sales efforts, including outreach to local businesses, boutiques, and community partners
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships
Create and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Promote products, seasonal campaigns, and Chocolate Lab's social mission
Respond to customer inquiries in-store and on social media platforms
Track sales and engagement metrics to support growth goals
Qualifications Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Experience in marketing or outside sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with social media platforms and content creation
Preferred Qualifications Experience with outside or wholesale sales
Paid social media advertising experience
Basic photography or video editing skills
Background in digital marketing
Job Details Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
