We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead (Search/Social Advertising) who owns outcomes from strategy through execution.

The Opportunity
Most paid media problems aren't bidding problems. They're structural, creative, or strategic. You know that instinctively.

In this role, you're not just advising on what should happen, you're the one making it happen. You'll own campaign strategy, architecture, setup, and ongoing management across our client portfolio.

You'll diagnose underperforming accounts, guide creative direction, and ensure every client engagement delivers measurable growth.

This is a hands‑on, high‑trust role with real ownership and room to grow into a senior leadership track as the team scales.

What You'll Own

Campaign Strategy and Architecture: You design campaign structures for new client launches and major rebuilds, covering funnel alignment (TOF/MOF/BOF), audience segmentation, testing frameworks, budget allocation, and platform strategy across Google and Meta.

Day‑to‑Day Campaign Management: You own the hands‑on work: setup, monitoring, bid management, creative rotation, budget pacing, and ongoing optimizations across the client portfolio.

Performance Diagnosis: When campaigns underperform, you identify root cause and prescribe corrective action. Audience intent issues, creative fatigue, conversion tracking gaps, landing page friction, search query mismatches — you find it and fix it.

Creative Performance Guidance: You collaborate with the Content Strategist on hook strategy, messaging angles, creative testing, and fatigue signals. You don't produce assets, but your input shapes what gets made.

Account Audits: You conduct regular audits across active accounts, reviewing structure, search queries, targeting, conversion tracking, creative rotation, and budget efficiency.

Staying current: You stay relevant with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads changes and surface opportunities before they become missed advantages.

What You Bring

6+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, hands‑on

Proven experience diagnosing and turning around underperforming campaigns

Experience managing accounts with significant monthly ad spend across multiple clients

Fluency in GA4, Looker Studio, and HubSpot for performance analysis

Strong understanding of full‑funnel strategy, campaign architecture, and testing frameworks

Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad performance

Prior agency or multi‑client portfolio experience strongly preferred

Confident communicator, both internally and in client‑facing contexts
