Brief Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives in India with data driven KPIs. This new role will be responsible for driving Edmund Optics brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across key market segments.
Job Description
Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to support business growth in India
Drive demand generation through local digital marketing, events, and targeted outreach programs
Collaborate with global teams for digital marketing channels including SEO, AEO , SEM, social sites and website optimization
Create and localize technical content, including application-focused materials, videos, and case studies
Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and customer workshops
Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to support lead generation and customer engagement
Build relationships with key industry partners, institutions, and associations
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on data and insights
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field
5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, in a scientific, technical or industrial environment.
Experience in optics, photonics, scientific or lab components, or related technical industries
Familiarity with academic and research environments in India
Experience working in a regional or global organization
Skills and Abilities Required
Strong experience in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, analytics, campaign management)
Experience supporting sales teams and driving measurable business outcomes
Excellent communication and project management skills
Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams
Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
