
DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR – LABEL + AGENCY

Sketch is a modern music company operating a record label and digital marketing agency, built for how music actually breaks on the internet. Through social-first strategy and creator ecosystems, we drive Billboard-charting and RIAA certified records across all genres of music. We’re hiring a culture-native operator to support day-to-day digital marketing across the business.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Coordinating daily digital marketing execution across label and agency campaigns
Supporting creator and influencer outreach including briefs, follow-ups, scheduling, and tracking
Own promo campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, and similar platforms
Maintaining trackers, timelines, and campaign documentation
Staying plugged into social trends, formats, and internet culture, especially in music
Making sure campaigns ship on time and nothing falls through the cracks
Maintain external communication with clients, artists, and partners.

Able to manage multiple campaigns at once

BACKGROUND
Open to new grads and/or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience
Relevant experience may include music industry internships or roles, influencer or social media agencies, creative or digital marketing companies, or creator-focused platforms or communities
