Growth Lead
We’re working with a fast‑growing, internationally connected creative business operating at the intersection of technology, innovation, and brand experience. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to bring in a commercially driven Growth Lead to play a key role in executing their global growth strategy.
The Role
This is a hands‑on, revenue‑generating position with clear ownership of the commercial cycle from first contact through to signed agreement. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and leading deals through to completion.
Execute a defined global growth plan across key sectors and target accounts
Drive outbound activity and build a consistent, high‑quality pipeline
Engage senior decision‑makers across technology, AI, and innovation‑led industries
Qualify opportunities with a strong focus on commercial viability and strategic fit
Lead proposals and pitch processes, coordinating internal teams where needed
Define scope, pricing, and commercial structures in collaboration with delivery and finance teams
Own contract negotiations, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and procurement processes
Manage the full journey from verbal agreement through to signed contract and onboarding
Ensure a smooth transition into account and delivery teams post‑sale
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting via CRM systems
What They’re Looking For
5–8 years in outbound sales, growth, or business development within an agency, consultancy, production, or tech‑led environment
Strong track record of building pipeline and contributing directly to new business wins
Experience navigating consultative sales cycles and progressing deals end‑to‑end
Confidence handling commercial discussions, including pricing, scope, and margin
Exposure to contract negotiations and procurement processes
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
Ability to collaborate with delivery teams to ensure what’s sold is realistic and commercially sound
