Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of performance-driven marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role is highly focused on paid media, campaign optimization, and measurable ROI, while also supporting brand consistency and cross‑channel execution.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing performance data, and aligning marketing efforts with sales and retail initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a balance of analytical rigor and creative thinking, with a strong focus on delivering results.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute paid media across Google, Meta, and TikTok
Manage budgets and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversion growth
Analyze performance and turn insights into action
Test creatives, audiences, and messaging to continuously improve results
Align campaigns with retail promotions, launches, and seasonal moments
Qualifications
4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media and performance marketing
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and measurable ROI across campaigns
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), TikTok Ads Manager
Strong background in campaign strategy, budget management, and performance optimization (ROAS, CPA, CAC)
Experience leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, attribution platforms) to inform decision‑making
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and continuously improve campaign performance
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and external partners
Experience in CPG, retail, or eCommerce preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
