UI/UX Designer ENG - Interfell (Remote)

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and consistent digital experiences across products and web platforms. This role collaborates with product, development, and marketing teams to deliver user-centered solutions from research to final design handoff.
Responsibilities Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
Create and optimize user flows and journeys
Maintain and evolve design systems
Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams
Prepare assets and documentation for developer handoff
Conduct light UX research to validate design decisions
Improve existing digital experiences
Manage tasks using ticket management tools
Apply UI/UX best practices in design solutions
Participate in design reviews and team discussions
Ensure visual consistency across product and web
Requirements Experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
Updated portfolio with digital design projects
Strong knowledge of design tools
Experience creating wireframes and prototypes
Experience working with design systems
Understanding of user-centered design processes
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Experience working on digital products
UX research experience
Experience preparing developer handoffs
Familiarity with task management tools
