Roles and Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Manage Social Media Presence: Lead daily coordination, delivery, and reporting for our LinkedIn channel. Create Compelling Content: Drive creation of insightful blogs, engaging newsletters and high-quality case studies, incorporating photography, video and testimonials. Oversee Website Content: Coordinate and manage all website updates, ensuring our digital storefront is always fresh, relevant and accurate. Take Ownership of the Content Calendar: Ensure all content is aligned with client and target audience needs and kept up to date. Manage & Update digital and print media: Ensure all resources align with brand guidelines and meet audience and business needs. Campaign & Account Support: Support ABM/KAM Initiatives: Assist with meeting preparation, proposals and presentations. Execute Marketing Campaigns: Support delivery of automated email journeys and broader campaigns, providing regular reporting. Coordinate Events & Webinars: Ensure smooth coordination of company events and webinars, including post-event reporting. Conduct Market Research: Undertake regular market and client research, providing actionable insights and reports. Commercial & Bid Support: Assist Bid Proposals: Support the Bid Lead with coordination and preparation of high‑quality, winning proposals. Manage New Opportunities: Oversee main enquiries inbox, ensuring all new opportunities are logged and responded to promptly. Drive Recognition: Prepare and coordinate compelling submissions for industry awards. Maintain CRM Integrity: Regularly input and manage data in HubSpot to keep a single source of truth. Coordination & Administration: Manage Creative Briefs: Brief and commission creative services from external partners. Oversee Budgets & Reporting: Manage departmental budget tracker and purchase order system, supplying timely reports. Coordinate Internal Communications: Manage internal communications plan and circulate news and social updates. Manage Digital Assets: Ensure photography and image library is meticulously managed with up‑to‑date permissions. About Ecosulis Ecosulis specialises in technology‑powered nature restoration for people, planet and progress. We create landscape‑scale habitat restoration projects across the UK and deliver science‑based consultancy and contracting for over 30 years. Qualifications & Experience Attributes: Proactive self‑starter, comfortable working independently and remotely. Precision‑focused coordinator with strong data‑entry and organization skills. Creative communicator capable of engaging content across social media, blogs and newsletters. Curious and enthusiastic about nature‑based solutions, always contributing fresh ideas. Organised, reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks. Mission‑aligned, pragmatic and integrity‑driven. Essential Background: Previous marketing or bid support role. Proven data‑entry, database maintenance and professional report writing. Experience creating social media content, ideally in environmental or rewilding sectors. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle for site visits. Desirable: Degree or equivalent in Marketing. Sector knowledge of rewilding or related industry. CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar). Experience commissioning creative services and coordinating events or webinars.
