Sales Associate : Hardscape Specialist

 

The Stone Store has an immediate opening for a motivated, customer-focused Hardscape Sales Associate to join our retail inside sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both contractors and homeowners while building product knowledge in a growing industry.

 

In this role, you’ll assist customers in selecting natural and manufactured stone, as well as a wide range of hardscape and landscape products. You’ll develop professional proposals, provide product recommendations, and help guide projects from concept to completion. Strong relationship-building skills are key, as you’ll work to create repeat business and long-term customer connections.

 

Additional responsibilities include opening and closing the store, coordinating deliveries, maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom, and occasionally representing The Stone Store at trade shows and networking events.

 

Hardscape or construction knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation: Competitive base pay plus commission.
