A manufacturing company in Santa Fe Springs is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Entry Clerk to join their small office team. This role supports daily customer communication, order processing, and coordination with internal departments. Responsibilities Provide customer service support via phone and email Enter customer orders accurately into the system Process shipping documents and coordinate with shipping/warehouse staff Enter purchase orders and maintain updated order records Follow up with customers regarding order status and delivery updates Work closely with a small office team to ensure smooth workflow Qualifications Experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email Ability to multitask and stay organized Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Pay: $21–$24 per hour (DOE)
