Job Description Administers and oversees a comprehensive portfolio of programs with the Performance Management Division ensuring full compliance with federal regulations, OPM guidance, and Departmental directives. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to refine and update policies that support effective Human Resources (HR) program implementation across assigned functional areas. Serves as an advisor for assigned program areas with the Performance Management Division. Evaluates effectiveness of training programs and outreach efforts throughout data analysis and participant feedback. Tracks and monitors program participation and compliance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to awards metrics, leave utilization, telework participation, workers comp claims, financial disclosure submissions, and training outcomes.
