Technical Writer $65000 - $80000 + Bonus Robesonia PA Machine Manufacturing Company We are working with a leading industrial equipment manufacturer based in Robesonia, PA , currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Writer to join their team. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Project Management and is responsible for producing complete technical documentation packages that support engineered-to-order equipment systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience writing manuals for industrial or engineered equipment and is comfortable working directly with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams. Key Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain technical manuals for industrial bakery equipment Create detailed documentation explaining equipment functionality and food processing systems Support project documentation deliverables tied to customer equipment orders Organize and lead project risk assessment documentation Maintain industry standards documentation (OSHA, ANSI, CE, CSA, etc.) Develop technical animations using 3D modeling and machine assembly software Create and manage video-based training documentation Support factory training program content Assist Marketing with technical white papers when required Qualifications & Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years of technical writing experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineered equipment environment Experience with 3D modeling and machine assembly animation software Background in food processing or industrial equipment Demonstrated experience creating technical manuals for mechanical or electro-mechanical equipment Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred) or technical associate degree Experience creating training videos or multimedia documentation Experience working directly with engineers to gather and validate technical content Experience supporting compliance, safety, or risk documentation (OSHA, ANSI, CE, CSA, etc.) Experience in a project-based manufacturing environment Ideal Candidate Profile Technically fluent and comfortable on a manufacturing floor Detail-oriented with strong document control discipline Organized and able to manage multiple concurrent projects Confident interfacing with engineers and senior project leadership Proactive in gathering information and closing documentation gaps
