A leading energy infrastructure company is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal guidance on finance, real estate, and project development matters. Responsibilities include advising cross-functional teams, preparing and negotiating contracts, and assessing project risks. Candidates should have a JD, at least 5 years of legal experience in real estate, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position requires office-based work in Austin, Texas or Chicago, Illinois with a salary range of $160,000 - $220,000.
