Responsibilities
This powerhouse full‑service law firm is expanding its real‑estate practice group in Portland and Seattle. In this role you will focus on real‑estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and financing contracts. You’ll need an in‑depth understanding of zoning, land use, and real‑estate laws. Additionally, you’ll liaise directly with clients, ranging from businesses and developers to individual buyers and sellers. You’ll join an established team of attorneys, experience in‑office training, and then work on a hybrid schedule.
