Commercial Real Estate Transactions Attorney (In‑House)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a rapidly growing, privately held real estate investment company is seeking an In‑House Commercial Real Estate Counsel to support a high‑volume acquisitions and dispositions platform. This is a high‑impact role reporting directly to the General Counsel/SVP , ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

What they’re looking for

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on real estate acquisitions and dispositions experience (required)
• Leasing or finance‑only backgrounds will not be considered
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and managing deals through closing
• JD required; law firm or in‑house transactional background
