
Human Resources Business Partner

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking Human Resources Business Partners to work with one of the world's largest e-commerce, online retail providers. This role is working in a warehouse environment and will be onsite in Everett, Kirkland, and Redmond, WA. These roles will be responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions.
Base pay range
$30.00/hr – $35.50/hr
Duration and Location
7‑month contract through May 2026; onsite in Everett, Redmond, or Kirkland, WA.
Working Hours
Day shift: Mon‑Fri 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Night shift: Mon‑Fri 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
Job Description
Must have HR experience supporting hourly populations in a fast‑paced operations or manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of HR experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or above
- Experience sustaining HR programs during organizational change
- Hands‑on leadership style with deep business engagement to assess organizational health and anticipate talent needs
- Data‑driven approach with strong analytics skills to develop meaningful people metrics and implement effective solutions
- Intellectual curiosity balanced with creative thinking, pragmatism, and ability to manage multiple priorities while advancing initiatives
- Experience interfacing with executive leadership, demonstrating strong organizational and interpersonal skill
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders, HRBPs, and partner teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies across talent and performance management, compensation, employee relations, and other HR functions.
- Leverage listening mechanisms to proactively monitor and analyze employee sentiment trends, and provide regular updates and recommended actions to site leadership and HR Business Partners.
- Manage multiple scenarios utilizing HR expertise, consulting skills, and influence to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Connect sentiment trends and HR data to the broader operational goals, diving deep into details while collaborating across teams.
