Role Overview

The Director, Global Finance Capability & Talent Program Management supports the Global Business Operations (GBO) organization, which consists of Finance, Procurement, Investor Relations and Business Development. In partnership with GBO Leadership and the People Organisation, this role is at the centre of executing capability, talent, organisational and cultural initiatives to elevate GBO talent and capabilities, drive employee engagement and culture, and ultimately deliver greater partnership and functional value for the business. The person in this role will have the opportunity to shape and drive the capability and talent agenda across the GBO organisation, working with many parts of the organisation while being regularly exposed to senior leadership.

Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Support leadership and the people organisation on the development, articulation and execution of key talent, leadership and GBO organisational priorities.
  • Strengthen GBO talent processes as a core member of the GBO Career Development Team by delivering high‑impact initiatives, events and communications that drive consistency and adoption.
  • Be the connector and driving force behind the GBO Talent Ambassador programme, delivering robust succession plans and strong development actions for key talent in the organisation.
  • Manage 8 Finance Associates as direct reports.
  • Develop future GBO leadership capability by leading Early Careers programmes, ensuring strong recruitment, rotational experiences, and accelerated development across the Finance Associates Programme, Finance & Accounting Leadership Programme and Business Development Programme.
  • Foster a culture of recognition and innovation across GBO by leading recognition and innovation programmes such as CFO Awards, the Innovation Challenge and related initiatives that reinforce desired behaviours and performance.
  • Anticipate future business and GBO needs by partnering with Leadership and the People Organisation to identify critical capabilities and deliver scalable learning and development solutions that build long‑term organisational readiness.
  • Increase employee engagement and connection by designing and executing initiatives that strengthen culture and a sense of belonging across the organisation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of diversified experience in finance or related functions, or in People, Capability or Talent Development (experience supporting finance preferred).
  • Demonstrated passion for talent development and strengthening organisational capabilities, with experience enabling growth at individual, team and enterprise levels.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across global, matrixed organisations, aligning diverse stakeholders and translating priorities into clear action plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tailor content and delivery to varied audiences and promote ideas effectively through written communications, presentations, roadshows and internal social platforms.
  • Strong judgment and decision‑making capability, with experience setting direction and providing guidance in complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Strong digital proficiency, including advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation Overview

Princeton – NJ – US $190,060 – $230,308. The starting compensation range for this role is listed above for a full‑time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
