
Director of Treasury

We are seeking a senior treasury leader to oversee global cash management, liquidity planning, foreign exchange (FX) risk, and treasury integration for acquisitions. This role partners closely with finance, tax, legal, and senior leadership to support scalable, well-controlled treasury operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead global cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and cash optimization efforts.
- Design and manage cash structures, including pooling, intercompany funding, and banking arrangements.
- Manage global banking relationships and negotiate treasury services.
- Establish treasury policies, controls, reporting, and governance standards.
- Develop and execute FX risk management and hedging strategies.
- Monitor currency exposure and partner with business teams on FX forecasting.
- Lead treasury diligence and integration for acquisitions, including bank migrations, cash structure alignment, and TMS integration.
- Support intercompany financing, funding, and cash repatriation initiatives in partnership with tax and legal teams.
- Lead and develop a high-performing treasury team and provide insights to support strategic planning and M&A activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, FX, and M&A integration.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, treasury tools, and Treasury Management Systems.
- Proven leadership experience in complex, global environments.
