We are partnering with a well-respected, growth-focused CPA firm in Parsippany, NJ to identify a Tax Senior Manager with a strong High-Net-Worth (HNW) background.
This is a key hire into a growing platform, ideal for someone who wants more ownership, stronger economics, and a clear path forward.
The Opportunity:
- Lead and review complex HNW individual, trust & estate, and closely held entity tax engagements
- Work directly with a sophisticated client base including entrepreneurs, executives, and multi-generational families
- Provide proactive tax planning and advisory across a range of strategies
- Partner with leadership on client relationships and overall service delivery
- Mentor and develop staff, helping drive team performance
- Gain exposure to business development and long-term growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–12+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong background in HNW tax, including individuals, trusts & estates
- Experience working with closely held businesses and flow-through entities
- Proven ability to manage engagements and client relationships
- Interest in continued growth and progression toward Director
- CPA required
