Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex tax engagements including C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, and High‑Net‑Worth clients
• Provide strategic tax planning, advisory, and compliance services
• Serve as a key advisor to clients and build long‑term relationships
• Review returns and ensure technical accuracy and compliance
• Mentor, develop, and lead tax staff and managers
• Contribute to firm growth through business development and client expansion opportunities
• Stay current on tax laws and provide guidance on complex tax matters

Qualifications

• CPA license required
• 8-10+ years of public accounting experience
• Proven experience in tax review, planning, and client advisory
• Leadership experience managing teams and client relationships
• Strong technical tax knowledge across multiple entity types
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
