A growing Cleveland-based public accounting firm is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join its leadership team. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and ideal for a CPA who thrives on solving complex tax issues and mentoring others.

You'll be responsible for managing tax engagements from start to finish — including planning, reviewing, and advising clients on strategies that go beyond compliance. You’ll work with individuals, corporations, and partnerships, helping them navigate evolving tax laws with confidence.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed CPA with strong tax planning and compliance experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
• Deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax codes
• Skilled in reviewing complex returns and providing high-level guidance
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
