Camino Search are looking for an experienced Interim CFO to support a growing SaaS business during a period of transition. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including monthly reporting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management
- Lead budgeting and financial planning processes
- Support the CEO and leadership team with strategic decision‑making around GTM and M&A
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and metrics
- Provide clear visibility on ARR, churn, gross margin, and SaaS unit economics
- Manage investor reporting and external stakeholders
- Support any M&A and integration activity
About You
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader, ideally in a SaaS or subscription business
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition
- Hands‑on, detail‑driven, and comfortable in a scale‑up environment
- Able to start quickly and add value from day one
