As a remote Parts Specialist, you will help customers find and buy powersports and marine parts and accessories from our industry-leading websites: Partzilla.com and Boats.net. This
exciting role requires demonstrable mechanical aptitude. Motorcycle, ATV, and/or Marine outboard mechanics, as well as enthusiasts are encouraged to apply!
Requirements
Parts Counter/Advisor experience Demonstrable mechanical ability Excellent customer-centric problem-solving skills Expert listening and communication skills Ability to articulate verbally Basic / Intermediate computer skills Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual Call Center experience
